Torq03 Sports and Adventure Pvt Ltd (“Company”), a private limited company having its place of business at Inside E-Zone Club, Outer Ring Road, Marathalli, Bengaluru – 560 037 (also referred to as “our”, “us” or “we”) operates the website www.torq03.com (“Website”) which enables you to: (i) obtain information about the various games/events available at the Company’s premise; (ii) make advance bookings for any events; and (iii) recharge your [TORQ03 GAME] cards (“Game Card”) that have been issued to you by the Company.

Your privacy is very important to us. This Privacy Policy covers: (i) the type of information collected from the users through the Website including sensitive personal data or information (if any); (ii) the purpose, means and modes of usage of such information; and (iii) how and to whom such information which has been collected will be disclosed.

For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, wherever the context so requires “you”, “your” or “user” shall mean any natural person who uses the Website.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of the date you confirm your acceptance to this Privacy Policy through an online checkbox, “I agree” button or, any similar acceptance mode (“Acceptance Confirmation”).

Usage of your Pictures or Videos: Any pictures or videos taken by the Company at an event where you participate are owned and copyrighted by the Company.You hereby grant the Company a non-transferable, royalty free license to use your pictures and/or videos for publicity/advertisement purposes. The quality and number of pictures taken will vary depending on various factors including, environmental conditions, lighting, number of participants etc. The Company does not guarantee a photo album, or picture CD, for such event in which you participated.

Payment Information: In order to recharge your Game Card, You are required to make payment for such services. While making payment, we collect your billing details such as name, billing address, contact number, IP Address and redirect you to our Online Payment Gateway Service Provider’s (“OPGSP’s”) website. We do not collect or store your credit/debit card details or your net-banking details on the Website. You agree and acknowledge that Your submission of credit/debit card details or your net-banking details on the OPGSP’s website will be governed by the terms of such OPGSP’s terms of use and privacy policy.

COOKIE POLICY

When you use the Website, our servers may automatically record certain information that your device sends whenever you visit any website and use certain apps (“Activity Information”). Cookies are widely used in order to make a website work, or to work more efficiently, as well as to provide information to the owners of the website.
