Each session of Go- Karting is for 10 mins. You can complete as many laps as possible in that duration. Usually amateurs are able to complete 15-17 laps in 10 mins, each lap taking roughly 32-34 seconds
Yes. As long as the queue system is followed. Once you have completed one session you are slotted at the back of the queue. It is purely on First-in-First-Out basis.

We have 16 lanes and the recommended number of people in one lane is 6. It takes 45 to 50 mins for 6 people to complete the activity per lane. So 96 people can play at once.
1 game of bowling consists of 10 Frames.
No. For each game of bowling you are provided with one pair of bowling shoes. Shoes sharing/game sharing is not allowed.

We have 2 arenas and in each arena, 10 vs 10 can play. That makes it 40 players in each 10 minute session.

Entry to the venue is free of charge. To play the activities a Game Card is mandatory.
The Game Card gives you access to all of the games. The card needs to be loaded with credits and each activity is programmed to debit a certain amount of credits depending on the game.
No. We have over 40 plus activities. The Game Card gives you access to play all and any of the games/activities. You can load your game card with just enough credits to play the activity of your choice.
The minimum amount for recharge is Rs.1000 + 18% tax, on which your game card will be loaded with 1000 credits.
No. The GST component is incorporated by the Government of India and is part of any business venture. There are recharge options from Rs. 1000/- onwards.
Bonus credits are applicable on all games in the Arcade section except for prize vending games. These bonus points cannot be used for the primary activities namely Go-Karting, Bowling, Laser Tag, Kids Soft Play Area.
Credits once loaded onto the Game Card cannot be refunded under any circumstance. The credits remain on your Game Card for a period of 1 year from date of last recharge. A nominal face value of Rs. 20/- is charged as deposit for the card at the time of issue; this can be refunded against possession of the card.
Yes. You can approach any of the recharge stations and provide your registered number and we shall issue you a new one.
Yes. A game card contains points which is equivalent to Money, so its mandatory to register the card under the purchasers name and number. Only a registered card can be recovered with a valid ID proof of the person who has registered it under their credentials.

Yes! We welcome all celebrations at our venue. If you are bringing a cake from outside you need to purchase a voucher worth Rs.1000/- which is redeemable on the final food/drink bill.
Parking is chargeable at a once time rate of Rs. 30/- per two wheeler and Rs. 100/-per car. Parking is valid for an entire day until TORQ03 closes operations. We have valet parking services available at the venue on first-come-first serve-basis.
Smoking is permitted in designated areas only. The same applies for alcohol.

No. We cater to a mix of people of different age groups and preferences. Not everyone is comfortable with pets and in order to no inconvenience guests, we are not a pet friendly place.
